Day 4: Barbecue
After all the shopping, we needed an easy day at home. So we decided to have a cook-out and make Mom some of our favorite foods. I guess we thought we were cooking for a crowd, because we sure made a lot to eat. That's what leftovers are food. Everything tastes just as good the next day!

Our table is filled with all the yummy foods we grilled. Everything from chicken, shrimp and salmon to veggies and baked potatoes. You would never have guessed that only 3 of us were there for dinner!
Karen and Mom watch over the grill as all the good food cooks. Who's the chef and the sous-chef? I'll never tell!
