Description of Submission: "No Room for Hate" - A heart-shaped puzzle painted with a gay-pride flag with an extra piece depicting hate.  "Words of Equality" - A gay-pride flag in an American-flag style surrounded by quotes from Constitutional Framers, judges, as well as varying documents, all depicting the basis of freedom and equality in the United States.

Biography: Adam will be attending Univesity of Nevada, Las Vegas.  He is looking to major in Accounting/Business.  In the future, he hopes to go to Law School to pursue a profession as an attorney for buiness tax law or constitutional.

Why Karen and Melody Liked It:  We awarded Adam the "Special Judges" award because he had submitted many good exceptional works, with our favorites being "No Room for Hate" and "Words of Equality".  The art work "No Room for Hate" is a great concept with puzzle of heart with an extra piece "Hate" that is cannot fit in the picture.  The puzzle on the heart also has a lot of words describing love.  The artwork "Words of Equality" was very nicely done with lots of quotes describing the freedom we have in the United States.  Also the concept of coloring the American flag to pride colors was very unique.  Also receiving the original artwork allowed us to see the various details of the poster.
